Fried Potatoes Onions & Smoked Polish Sausage

*Ingredients:
°1 pound Cajun smoke sausage
°1 pound smoke turkey sausage
°2 pound red potatoes
°2 large onions, cut into pieces
°1 tablespoon Cajun spice
°½ teaspoon of salt
°1 teaspoon paprika
°½ teaspoon black pepper
°Olive oil
*Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 400*
 – Cut the meat into ½ inch slices
– Cut the onion into wedges or chunks
-Place the potatoes, onions and meat in a bowl
-Mix seasonings and olive oil
– Stir to combine well
-Place on prepared rimmed baking sheet
– Bake and roast for 45 minutes
– Garnish with parsley before serving
