This is the Best Chicken Salad

°3/4 cup mayonnaise
°1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
°1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
°1/4 teaspoon onion powder
°1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°4 cups (about 2 pounds) cooked, shredded chicken breast (marinated and home-baked or broiled)
°3/4 cup Granny Smith apple, diced small
°1/3 cup dried cranberries
°1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Make sure chicken is totally cool. Cut it up and add it to the bowl.
Gently add the apples, cranberries and walnuts.
Eat as is or place on dinner rolls, croissants, or on top of tomato and lettuce slices.
