Stuffed cheese shells

° giant boil – boil first
° spaghetti sauce
°15 ounces of ricotta cheese
° 8 ounces of grated mozzarella
°1/2 c grated fresh parmesan
° 1 egg
°1 t of parsley
°1 cup of basil
° 1 tsp thyme
° salt
° Freshly black pepper
° garlic
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above with mozzarella cheese.
2nd step
I put the sauce in the pan, pour it over the sauce and top it with mozzarella (I use a good function ice cream scoop).
Step 3
Place foil on top, set oven to 350 also bake for 25 mins and remove foil and bake for another 5 mins.
