Million Dollar Spaghetti

by Emy

Are you looking for an interesting recipe for dinner ? I have the perfect option for you. My recipe for the MIllion dollar spaghetti is delicious, hearty and comforting.

It is a perfect meal to serve for your family. Everything that you love in a lasagne is incorporated to this spaghetti recipe. Do not be worried about the expense as it says Million Dollar. It is easy on the pocket and heartwarmingly tasty at the same time. This is what your family needs if they are bored with the usual casseroles made at home. This can be also reheated and consumed the next day with no fuss. But I doubt if it would remain once you serve it to your loved ones as it is truly one dish to indulge in. My family loves it when I make it at home. Ensure you cook the spaghetti ‘al dente’ as it requires further cooking in the oven.

Million Dollar spaghetti is one dish I vouch for as it is a perfect amalgamation of the cheese, meat sauce , hamburger steaks and spaghetti. Garnish with some fresh basil leaves and it would be perfect !

Preheat your oven to 350°. Boil your spaghetti noodles until al dente (firm). Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese until well blended.
Brown your hamburger and when done, drain well. Combine the hamburger with your spaghetti sauce.
Put a few slices of butter into a 9×13 pan then pour half of your spaghetti noodles on top.
Take your cream cheese mixture and pour on top of the noodles. Spread well over noodles.
Pour the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture. Put a few more slices of butter on top of the noodles.
Pour your spaghetti and meat sauce on top of your noodles.
Now it is ready to put into the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour the desired amount of grated
