*INGREDIENTS :
°125g bread dough
°300g minced beef
°4 fresh eggs
°olive oil
°salt pepper
*PREPARATION :

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface.

Cut it into two discs of equal size.

Place a ball of aluminum foil in each hollow of the boats.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the loaves are lightly browned.

Take the loaves out of the oven and carefully remove the balls of aluminum foil.

Crack two eggs into the hollows of each loaf without breaking them.

Heat 1 tbsp. t olive oil in a skillet.

Cook the minced meat for several minutes.

Remove from the heat and divide into the hollows of the breads around the eggs.

Add salt and pepper.

Bake again for 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
