Garlic Butter Bacon Rollups
Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Rollups:
6 large flour tortillas
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (or left whole for a bold presentation)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly over each, then top with bacon.
Roll up each tortilla tightly. Slice into pinwheels about 1½ to 2 inches thick.
Place rollups cut side up on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm.
