Ingredients
Seafood Mixture:

2 cups whole milk

¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Lasagna Layers:

9 cooked lasagna noodles (or use oven-ready)

2 cups shredded mozzarella
-
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
-
½ cup grated Parmesan
-
Optional: fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Seafood

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté briefly, then add chopped shrimp.

Cook 2–3 minutes until just pink; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Remove from heat and fold in crab meat. Set aside.
2. Make the White Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute to make a roux.

Gradually whisk in milk and cream, stirring until thickened (5–7 minutes).

Stir in Parmesan, Old Bay, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
3. Assemble the Lasagna
