Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni
1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Cook the macaroni until just tender (al dente), then drain and set it aside.
