°2 lb asparagus, stems trimmed
°3/4 tsp. heavy cream
°3 garlic cloves, minced
°Freshly ground black pepper
°1 ea. freshly grated parmesan
°1 ea. grated mozzarella
°Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
Heat the oven to 400°C.
Place the asparagus in a 9 x 13 x 9 baking dish, then pour over the heavy cream and spread with the garlic.
Season generously with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan, mozzarella and red pepper flakes (if using).
Baking until cheese is golden also melted and asparagus is tender, for 25 to 30 minutes, then serve.
