Ingredients:
1 package (3.4 oz) lemon-flavored instant pudding mix
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon zest (optional, for extra flavor)
1 pre-made graham cracker crust or homemade graham cracker base
Fresh lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Lemon Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and cold water until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
Mix with Condensed Milk: Add the sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture and stir until well combined and creamy.
Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold the whipped topping into the lemon mixture until it’s fully incorporated, light, and fluffy.
