Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
Golden, garlic-infused sourdough stuffed with three melty cheeses and a secret herby butter – comfort food perfected.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
½ tsp Italian seasoning
⅛ tsp salt
4 slices sourdough bread
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
1. Make the garlic butter:
In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
2. Butter the bread:
Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each sourdough slice.
3. Assemble the sandwich:
Place three types of shredded cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.
4. Grill the sandwich:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich on the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on one side (about 3–4 minutes). Flip carefully and grill the other side until the cheese is fully melted and both sides are crisp and golden.
5. Serve hot:
Slice in half and serve immediately with tomato soup or marinara dip if desired.
