🍓 Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

These delicious strawberries are filled with a smooth cheesecake filling, turning your favorite dessert into a fun, bite-sized treat! Perfect for parties, birthdays, baby showers, potlucks, Valentine’s Day, or the 4th of July.

âś… Ingredients:

1 lb (about 20–25) fresh strawberries, washed and dried

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

ÂĽ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2–3 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional for garnish)

1–2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for a lighter texture)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare the strawberries:

Cut off the green tops of each strawberry.

Using a small knife or melon baller, carefully hollow out the center of each berry to create a cavity.

2. Make the cheesecake filling:

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add heavy cream if needed to thin out the consistency slightly.

3. Pipe the filling:

Transfer the filling to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.

Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each strawberry cavity, creating a “deviled egg” swirl on top.

4. Garnish:

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the filled strawberries for that classic cheesecake touch.

You can also dust with powdered sugar or add a drizzle of melted chocolate if desired.

5. Chill & Serve:

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results.

Serve cold and enjoy!
