1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
π For the Sauce & Pasta:
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
1 (12 oz) package egg noodles
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Β½ tsp smoked paprika
ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
π§ For the Creamy Finish:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Β½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1οΈβ£ Brown the Kielbasa:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the sliced kielbasa over medium heat until browned.
Add chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened.
Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute more until fragrant.
2οΈβ£ Add Liquids & Seasoning:
Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, then stir in egg noodles, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.

Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 15β20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and most liquid is absorbed.
