BEST EASY Sheet Pan Scored Potatoes π€π₯
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Time Preparation and Cooking:
10 min prep | 45 min bake
Directions:
1/ Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
2/ Wash and dry potatoes. Using a sharp knife, make thin, evenly spaced cuts across each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through (create βscoredβ layers).
3/ Place potatoes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
4/ In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5/ Brush the mixture generously over and between the scored slices on each potato.
6/ Bake for 40β45 minutes until potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside.
7/ Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
