¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 crushed garlic clove
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 small head of lettuce, washed and dried jam, chopped
1 cup red onion cut into cubes
1 cup diced tomatoes
Thaw 12 ounces of peas, if frozen
Half a cup of English cucumber
6 hard-boiled egg, cutting to cubes
1 c cheddar cheese
1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
Step1: In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Step2: Set aside and make the salad right away, or put the dressing in the fridge to chill.
Step3: In a plate with long sides, put a layer of each ingredient, in the following order: 1st layer (bottom layer): lettuce, 2nd layer: red onions, 3rd layer: tomatoes, 4th layer: peas, 5th layer: cucumbers, 6th layer: boiled eggs, Seventh layer: sauce, cheddar cheese and bacon
