• 8 slices of brioche or white sandwich bread (crusts removed)
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar

• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
• 1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
• Butter or oil, for frying

🥣 Directions:
Make the filling:
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Assemble the sandwiches:
