Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
½ lb cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 tbsp taco seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (garnish)
Tortilla chips (for dipping)
Instructions:
1. Brown beef in skillet; drain fat. Add taco seasoning, garlic & onion powders.
2. In saucepan, melt cream cheese. Stir in sour cream & milk until smooth.
3. Add shredded cheeses; stir until creamy.
4. Stir in beef & bacon. Season to taste.
5. Garnish with parsley & bacon. Serve hot with chips.
